What We Collect
During launch, we may collect your name, phone number, email, city, form responses, and basic usage analytics.
If you submit a mess-owner registration, we may also collect business details needed for verification and onboarding.
Why We Collect It
We use submitted information to manage the waitlist, prioritize launch cities, contact interested users and owners, and improve the early product experience.
We do not collect more information than we need for launch, support, and onboarding workflows.
How We Store And Retain It
Launch form responses may be stored using secure internal tools and service providers. We retain this data only as long as it is useful for waitlist operations, onboarding, support, and launch planning.
If data is no longer required, we aim to remove or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you shared by emailing support@messmenu.in.
You can also choose not to submit launch forms, though some early-access features may then be unavailable.
